Our Doctors

Dr Anne Yang

Dr Anne Yang was born in Taiwan and moved to New Zealand with her family in 2005. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Otago and has worked in Waikato Hospital for three years across different medical and surgical specialties before moving to North Shore. She is currently working towards her Fellowship in General Practice and enjoys all aspects of General Practice.

Anne speaks English and Mandarin. Outside of medicine, she enjoys swimming, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Ramin Dadgou

Dr Ramin Dadgou originates from Iran.
He received his first part of training at Tehran Medical School, one of the most prestigious universities in the Middle East, graduated in 1991 and completed his New Zealand GP Fellowship training in 2016.

He has been working as a qualified Doctor in New Zealand since 2004 and at Kelston Medical Centre since 2006.
Since his graduation time, he has gained experience in different fields in Medicine but since 2014, focusing more on Geriatric and older adult Health in New Zealand.

His practice is driven by the belief that prevention works better than treatment & enjoys reading and going to the Gym.

Dr Vivek Laud

Dr Vivek Laud has been a GP in Glen Eden for 35 years. Vivek is vocationally registered and a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. Vivek holds a Post Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics and enjoys all aspects of life as a GP. In his earlier career he delivered babies in West Auckland and loves the little ones in our practice.

In his spare time Vivek loves to travel and spend time with his family and grandchildren.

Our Nurse Practitioners

NP Sarah Mildon

Sarah is a Nurse Practitioner who trained in New Zealand, holds a Masters of Nursing (First Class Honours) and has been practicing in primary care as a nurse in various roles since 2013. She is a born and bred Aucklander who has worked across South and West Auckland in a variety of primary care clinics.

Sarah really values the relationships primary care allows her to build with families. Her priority is working with individuals and their family to ensure they feel listened to and that the healthcare provided prioritises the needs of the patient and their family/whānau.

As a Nurse Practitioner Sarah uses a holistic approach to diagnose, treat and prescribe for healthcare needs in a way that is both proactive and empathetic. Her interests include women’s health and diabetes, as well as HAES principles and trauma informed care.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys reading, Pilates and spending time with her daughter, husband and their Labradoodle.

NP Ellis Solang

Ellis is originally from the mountainous regions of the northern Philippines. He moved to New Zealand in 2009 and has since worked in the health sector. Ellis graduated from the University of Auckland with a Master of Nursing in 2023 and is a qualified Nurse Practitioner.

He has a special interest in long-term care and disease prevention/management.

Outside of work, Ellis enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his two children, Maya and Luke. If given the chance, he would love to go on a surf trip or simply relax on the beach on a sunny day.

Hayley Skidmore

Health Care Assistant

Hayley was born and raised in Tāmaki Makaurau and has been living out West since 2016. She was thrilled to join the Kelston Medical Centre team at the start of 2024, and has been enjoying getting to know our patients since.

As a Healthcare Assistant, Hayley works across both admin and clinical aspects of Primary Care. She supports our team by recalling & communicating updates to our patients on their health journeys, ordering blood tests, and supporting the clinical team where possible with immunisations, blood pressure checks and health promotion. Her favourite aspect of the role is getting to use her administrative skills whilst still engaging with the community.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, friends, partner and two cats, reading, and working on one of her many crafty hobbies.

Gitte Jensen

Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP)

Gitte is a regulated Mental Health provider. She is providing a brief intervention service focusing on health and wellness, including anxiety, low mood, loss and grief, substance use support and relationship and stress management.

Appointments are approx. 30 minutes free of charge.
